What’s your refund policy?

Campayn does not provide refunds for already purchased plans.

Please note, before you upgrade your Campayn plan you can test Campayn with the FREE plan available to all to ensure that it meets your email marketing needs.

Campayn staff are not authorized to upgrade, downgrade or close a user’s account. It is the user’s responsibility to close their own account. A link to close your account is located on your “Profile” page. However, Campayn reserves the right to close a user’s account if at any time you abuse our system in any way or if Campayn terms are violated. 

We do not provide refunds for list validation, partially used or unused plans or any other products or services. Please make sure you read and understand our Terms of Use.

We also do not provide refunds to users that have started sending through our system and were stopped due to spam complaints. 1 spamreport in 750 sent emails constitutes a reason to stop and possibly suspend the account without warning and cannot be refunded.
