I upgraded my Plan and was charged the full amount again, why?
Our payment system is not able to deduct the difference in case a change in a plan is made in the middle of an ongoing billing period.
This means that if you upgrade, you will be charged the full month again and the billing period renewal will start 1 month from the upgrade. So the old date is not taken into consideration.
Please have this in mind while upgrading. It’s best, to upgrade at the very end of a billing cycle before the renewal.
