How do I create a Wordpress Sign Up Form?

To create a Wordpress Sign up Form follow these steps:

1. From the Contacts tab click the "Sign up forms" link of the contact list you want to create a Sign up Form for.

2. Click 'Add Sign Up Form'.

3. Select the 'Wordpress Forms' and click 'Continue'.

4. Edit your Wordpress form by adding a title and selecting the fields. Click 'Continue' when you're done. 

5. You can change the name of your sign up form. Don't forget to click 'Continue'.

6. Once you've installed your Campayn widget. Activate it on your Wordpress ​Plugins page by clicking the activate link and paste the authorization code provided (as seen below).
