Why is my email 'on hold' and how long does it take?
If your email is 'on hold', it means that it is being reviewed by admin and often happens for new clients. The reason why it must be reviewed is to make sure your email complies with Campayn's Terms of Use.
The hold process can range from several minutes to several hours depending on your timezone. The Campayn Compliance Team reviews from 9am-5pm EST time Monday to Friday.
Make sure to schedule your campaigns in advance so you can fit into our Compliance team’s working hours.
We do work on weekends but not full time, so it’s best to schedule the Emails upfront on Friday to ensure that it’s sent on time.
Once your Campayn score is 80 or higher, your email Campayns will no longer be on hold and will send out as scheduled.
