How does Confirmed Opt-in work?

A message will be sent to your contacts asking them to click a link and confirm if they want to receive emails from you. Your contacts must click this link in order for you to send them emails.

The contacts will still remain in your contact list but you will be able to see their Consent status when you click on them.

Contacts who clicked on the link will have a green checkmark in their contact profile:

While contacts who didn’t click on the link will be “Unconfirmed”.

Although we highly recommend that you confirm all contacts, the condition can be turned off by disabling the DOI toggle on the contact list:

Turning this toggle OFF will result in any not verified contact to become “verified” so that you can send Emails to them. Also, future additions to the list will be automatically considered as verified. You can turn the option ON or OFF whenever you need to.
